PAYMENTS

U.S. Caliber Designs accepts Credit Card Payments only. We do not accept COD or Net Terms. We process payments the same day your order is ready to ship. Please call 1-912-623-2020 if you have any questions regarding Terms and Payment Methods.

Once we receive your order, we will contact you with an invoice and give you an estimate on shipping time.

 

SHIPPING

U.S. Caliber Designs uses UPS to ship orders directly to your location.

Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight and dimensions of the boxes.

Distribution shipping charges will depend on the size of the order.

We ship all orders from our Studio/warehouse in Statesboro, GA. 

Your UPS tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

 

BROKEN ITEMS

If your order arrives with any damaged products, please send a picture of the broken product(s) along with your order number to contact@uscaliber.com or call 1-912-623-2020. You have 3 days from the time of delivery to report broken items. Once the breakage is confirmed, we’ll send a Replacement to your location as soon as possible. A Return Label may be sent with the replacement order for you to return the damaged products
